KEOWEE FALLS RV PARK RULES

KEOWEE FALLS RV PARK RULES GENERAL:

  1. The campground facilities are for the use of residents and their guests only. (Note: You are responsible for your guests’ compliance with the rules of the campground facilities.)
  2. There will be no “FOR SALE” signs posted anywhere on the property.
  3. Speed Limit 10 MPH – WATCH FOR CHILDREN PLAYING.
  4. PARK QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  5. Pets are Welcome however no Vicious Dogs or Animals are Allowed in the campground facilities.
  6. All campers must turn off the water at their campsites when leaving the campground facilities for more than 24 hours.
  7. Each resident is responsible for the landscaping and upkeep of their campsite.This also includes appearance of camper on site. (Note: If your campsite/camper is not maintained up to campground facilities standards* you will be assessed for the labor charges to correct the situation. Payment is due in full 30 days from date of invoice.)
  8. Camper placements, decks, awnings, propane tanks and landscaping are to be approved by Keowee Falls RV PARK. Any of these of these that are not approved will be removed.
  9. No cutting of trees or changes in configuration of campground facilities.
  10. All pets should be on a leash or kept on your campsite. NO animals should be left unattended or running free in and around the campground facilities. (Note: The sand box or beach area is not a place for your animals to use as a bathroom.)
  11. Alcoholic beverages should be in concealed containers or limited to you campsite. No fighting, unruly behaviour, loud music, or abusive language will be tolerated.
  12. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ARE TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE BEACH AND POND AREAS. Parents are responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of their children while guests of Keowee Falls RV PARK.
  13. No swimming or playing at the loading ramp while watercraft are being launched or loaded.
  14. Illegal drugs will not be tolerated on the premises.
  15. No firearms of any kind are allowed on the premises.
  16. Golf carts must carry liability insurance with at least $50,000.00 coverage.
  17. A $100.00 late fee will be applied if rent is not paid within 5 days from due date and lease agreement will be terminated.

BOAT STORAGE RULES:

  1. ALL boats, PWCs, and trailers, loaded or empty, must be dropped/stored at the storage area on top of hill.
  2. This facility is free of charge to residents. This means no parking or storage of watercraft or boats at campsite. (Note: Tow charges are excessive in this area.)

BOATS/ DOCKS RULES:

  1. No vehicles are to be parked in the dock or boat ramp area at any time unless loading or unloading. A special area is designated for golf carts.
  2. Campers are responsible for identifying their 911 number on the area where their boat is stored in the boat storage area.
  3. 911 numbers must be clearly visible.
  4. Boats in storage without a visible 911 number will be towed at owners expense.
  5. 911 numbers must match the 911 number associated with owners campsite.
  6. BOAT SLIPS WILL BE FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE. One slip per camper.
  7. BOAT DOCK BECOMES AVAILABLE ANY TIME WHEN OPEN.
  8. CAMPERS MAY NOT RESERVE THE USAGE OF BOAT SLIPS.
  9. One slip will be allowed per campsite. All additional watercraft must be anchored/tied/beached on shore away from the docks and swimming areas. Boats take precedence over jet skis.
  10. ALL BOATS MUST BE SECURELY TIED TO DOCKS AT BOW AND STERN. As a courtesy, deep-water docks should be reserved for the deep draft boats.
  11. Only residents of Keowee Falls RV Park are allowed to have watercraft on the campground facilities. Guests of residents are not allowed to have their watercraft on the campground facilities.
